High School (9th-12th Grade)

WELCOME TO THE EAST BAY INTERNATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL

Future-Ready Students. Personalized Pathways. Global Citizens.

At the East Bay International High School (EBIHS), our program prepares students not just for university—but for a purposeful, global future. Grounded in both academic rigor and individualized guidance, our students are intellectually curious, socially engaged, and deeply prepared for what lies ahead.

At EBIHS, students are encouraged to grapple with big ideas and engage in meaningful discourse. Whether through classroom dialogue, personal reflection, or collaborative projects, they examine assumptions, appreciate multiple perspectives, and connect learning to life.

With small class sizes and one-on-one faculty mentorship, EBIHS students receive the individualized support they need to thrive. Regular assessments, tailored feedback, and built-in study sessions ensure every learner stays on track and is empowered to take ownership of their growth.

Our Approach

In Grades 9 and 10, EBIHS students experience an academically advanced, college-preparatory curriculum emphasizing mathematics and sciences, writing, research, and critical thinking. Advanced Placement (AP) courses and exams are offered during this grade span.

In Grades 11 and 12, students undertake the International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma Programme—an internationally respected course of study designed to develop scholarly depth, intercultural understanding, and leadership. EBIHS offers the Bilingual IB Diploma for students completing coursework in two languages, opening doors to top universities in Europe and worldwide.

EBIHS students enjoy a close-knit, inclusive community that supports their success in a rigorous academic program while also nurturing creativity, connection, and joy. From global exchanges to service projects and the arts, every student is supported to explore, grow, and lead.
