Re-enrollment
Current families, to re-enroll your currently enrolled child or children:
- Go to your Ravenna Student Portal.
- Click the "Admissions" tab at the top of the page.
- Under the "My Admissions" tab on the left, you will see your child's name and next school year's class. Click on "Sign Agreement." Do not go to the My Inquiries and Applications tab.
- Click on “Sign: Enrollment Contract for [child's name]” to open the contract and go through the steps.
- Check the signature box and click "next."
- The process enables you to register for an extended day program next year, but if you do not yet know your extended day needs, simply click “Save Progress and Go to Next Step.” Extended Day registration can be done at a later date.
- The process allows you to select your preferred payment terms; please note that the enrollment fee, the facility fee (per family), the tuition insurance, and the Ravenna Payment Plan fee ($25.00 or $49.00 depending upon the payment plan selected) are due at re-enrollment.
- If you choose the two installment payment plans, you will receive a 1% tuition discount; if you choose the lump sum payment plan, you will receive a 2% tuition discount.
- Once you have signed and submitted the final documents, please be patient as the system finalizes and generates the documents. Once the system has completed the processing, please click on “Download” to download a copy of the completed enrollment contract.
Current families, to newly enroll a sibling not currently enrolled:
- Go to your Ravenna Student Portal.
- Click the "Admissions" tab at the top of the page.
- Go to the "My Inquiries & Applications" tab on the left, click on the green "Add New" button, then choose "Submit a New Application" and follow the next steps.
