Vaccination Requirements
Before attending EBGIS, enrolled students must have on file with the school office immunization documentation as required by California law. Immunization documentation may take the form of a California Immunization Card, a physician’s immunization record, a medical exemption letter from a physician, or a Personal Belief Exemption (PBE) form filed prior to January 1, 2016 and valid for your child’s current grade span. In the case of a disease outbreak, unvaccinated children are required by state law to remain home from school for a medically determined period.
